As both a seasoned Buyer Specialist and a licensed home inspector, he brings a level of structural scrutiny to the table that most agents simply don’t possess. Jacques doesn't just look at the aesthetic of a home; he understands the mechanics of its construction. To provide our clients with a complete perspective, he also serves as the team’s FAA-licensed drone pilot, capturing the high-signal aerial data necessary to tell a property’s full story.

Real estate is a family legacy for Jacques, who works alongside his sister, Marjorie, to uphold the team’s high standards of advocacy. That same level of discipline carries over into his personal life, where he practices Karate and plays the drums—pursuits that require the same focus and timing he brings to a negotiation. Jacques lives in Charlottesville with his wife, Kate, a teacher at The International School of Charlottesville, and their two daughters, Emilie and Chloe. Whether he is traveling with his family or exploring the Central Virginia landscape, Jacques is dedicated to the details that make this community home.
